15 year old Indian-American Geetanjali Rao gets named as TIME ‘Kid of the year’,

TIME magazine has named 15 year old Indian-American Geetanjali Rao, a genius scientist and innovater as the first ever ‘Kid of the year’. Rao has contributed to tackle problems like contaminated drinking water and teenage focused issues like opioid addiction and cyberbullying. Rao was selected from a number of more than 5000 nominees and interviewed by actor Angelina Jolie for TIME special. The Indian-American teenager in her interview said, “If I can do it, anyone can.”
