4 step easy recipe of Bulletproof Coffee

Bulletproof coffee is an alternative to breakfast, made with coffee, oil, and butter. The beverage’s supporters assert that it offers several health advantages. Since bulletproof coffee is a relatively new beverage, no scientific study has been done to determine if it is healthy or unhealthy. Bulletproof coffee has not yet been examined by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which is in charge of determining the safety of food, medicine, cosmetics, and other goods.

Here’s the recipe of Bulletproof Coffee:

1. Make one cup of coffee in a French press with freshly ground coffee beans.

2. Stir in 1 tablespoon (tbsp) of medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil (coconut oil is a common source).

3. Add one to two tablespoons of unsalted, grass-fed butter, or a dairy substitute.

4. Blend for a duration of 20 to 30 seconds.
