Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, emphasized the state’s record of giving nine lakh government jobs in nine years on Sunday, emphasizing transparency in the selection process. CM Yogi asked the opposition to question the transparency of the job selection process.
Addressing the distribution ceremony of appointment letters for 665 nursing officers in Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi stated, “Uttar Pradesh is the most populous state in the country. This state has a population of 25 crore, and we have supplied government jobs to 9 lakh youths during the last nine years. No one, not even the opposition, can question the transparency of a single job or the selection process,” stated Chief Minister Yogi.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday for lowering excise rate on fuel and diesel. Addressing the inauguration event for Phase I of the Noida International Airport in Jewar, CM Yogi recognized the global fuel crisis while noting that petroleum product prices in India have remained stable.
Noida International Airport is one of the largest greenfield airport projects in India. The airport will have an initial passenger handling capacity of 12 million passengers per year (MPPA), with scalability up to 70 MPPA once fully developed. It has a 3,900-meter runway that can handle wide-body aircraft, as well as sophisticated navigation technologies like the Instrument Landing System (ILS) and advanced airfield lighting to facilitate efficient, all-weather, 24-hour operations.
