51 Lakh Delhiites to receive COVID-19 vaccine in the first round, says CM Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal unfolded the state government’s plan for the first round of COVID-19 vaccination. He said that there were 51 lakh people involving healthcare and frontline workers as a priority, and they will be informed via SMS and other means when the vaccines are ready. He also said that each person would get two doses, amounting to 1.02 crore doses of the vaccine.
He said that they have a storage capacity of 74 lakh doses, which will be increased to 1.15 crore in 5-7 days.
