Adele’s relationship with Rich Paul has sparked numerous rumours over the years since the singer prefers to keep her personal life private. The 35-year-old singer recently added fuel to the fire by referring to Paul as her spouse, confusing fans even more. But Adele appeared to announce over the weekend that she is married to an American sports agent. The Hello singer reportedly attended her friend Alan Carr’s stand-up comedy show in Los Angeles, according to Metro. During the show, Carr asked the audience whether anyone recently got married. To this, Adele reportedly shouted, “I did.”
However, no video of the reported incident has surfaced, show attendee’s statement was revealed by Deuxmoi, a celebrity gossip social media account. One of the onlookers said, “I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight and Adele was in the audience. Alan asked the crowd if anyone got married recently and Adele shouted ‘I did.’” Another audience member said to the outlet, “Super cute all around and was super sweet but dipped right before it ended.”
In any case, Adele has yet to make an official comment regarding her marital status.
The couple was first seen together in July 2021, but Adele revealed their relationship months later, in October. The Rolling in the Deep singer has fueled engagement and marriage rumors on multiple occasions since then.
