Actress Yami Gautam and her director husband, Aditya Dhar, are expecting their first child. Even before the couple shared the good news verbally at a Mumbai multiplex where they released the trailer for their forthcoming movie Article 370 on Thursday afternoon, the glow on their faces said it all.
Aditya announced, “Our baby is on its way. Soon we will get to know if it’s going to be Lakshmi or Ganesha. It was an amazing time, the way the film happened and the way we got to know about the baby. Abhimanyu wali story yaad aa gayi. Our baby knows exactly how article 370 was abrogated.”
Yami also talked about her experiences filming a couple of scenes for the film during her pregnancy. “It was mentally draining. I could write a thesis on it. There are so many questions, the firsts are always challenging. If you ask me about motherhood and everything coming together, I really don’t know what I would have done had Aditya not been there by my side.”
The film Article 370 is directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale and stars Yami Gautam and Priyamani. The movie is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar and his brother Lokesh Dhar. The film will be released in theatres on February 23.
