Vistara continues with cut pays for employees till March 31

Vistara, a joint venture between Tata Group and SIA said, it will continue with the pay cut scheme for their employees till March 31. Pilots will face a 10% reduction in salary and monthly base flying allowance will increase to 40 hours from 20 hours. Senior staff working in the airline, including members of management, will be affected by a cut of 15% in monthly pay; while for those at mid-to-junior-mid levels, the cut will be 10%. Employees at junior level will go through a 5% depletion in monthly salary.
