“With Fan’s Blessings, I’m Doing Better”: Govinda Shares Health Update After Accidental Shooting

In an unexpected turn of events, actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda accidentally shot himself in the leg on Tuesday morning. The incident took place at around 4:45 AM, and Govinda was immediately rushed to Criti Care Hospital in Mumbai. According to Mumbai Police, the injury, though alarming, is not serious.

Hours after the incident, Govinda shared a heartfelt audio message, thanking his fans for their prayers and expressing gratitude to the doctor who treated him. Speaking in Hindi, he said, “With the blessings of my fans, my parents, and God, I am doing better now. I thank Dr. Agarwal and all of you for your prayers.”

Kashmera Shah, wife of Govinda’s nephew Krushna Abhishek, was spotted arriving at the hospital. When asked about the situation, she briefly responded, “Kuch nahi” (Nothing).

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde also expressed concern. In a statement, the Chief Minister’s Office revealed that Shinde had a telephonic conversation with Govinda, wishing him a speedy recovery. The CM has instructed hospital authorities to provide the best care for the actor.

Police have confirmed that no formal complaint has been filed in relation to the incident, but they have launched an investigation. Govinda is reportedly recovering well, and his fans are relieved to hear that his condition is stable.
