The Pataudi family, including veteran actress Sharmila Tagore, her children Saif Ali Khan, Soha Ali Khan, Saba Ali Khan, and actor Kunal Kemmu, were spotted at the 2024 edition of the MAMI Mumbai Film Festival. The family attended the screening of Sharmila Tagore’s upcoming Bengali film Puratawn, held at PVR Juhu.
Photos and videos of the star-studded family quickly surfaced on social media, with fans praising the graceful appearance of the iconic family. Sharmila Tagore, dressed in an elegant black and white saree, posed for the cameras alongside her children. Saif Ali Khan opted for a traditional black kurta-pyjama, while Soha Ali Khan wore a stylish green co-ord set. Kunal Kemmu was casually dressed in a grey sweatshirt and jeans, and Saba Ali Khan donned a chic suit.
In a video shared online, the family was seen exiting the venue, with Kunal and Soha holding Sharmila as they walked out. Bengali actress Rituparna Sengupta, who stars alongside Sharmila in Puratawn, also joined the family for the event, looking stunning in a red saree.
Directed by Suman Ghosh, Puratawn marks Sharmila Tagore’s return to Bengali cinema after 15 years. The film features her as an elderly woman celebrating her 80th birthday, with Rituparna Sengupta playing her daughter and Indraneil Sengupta portraying her son-in-law.
