The Delhi government has granted Rs. 10,000/- each to 407 construction workers registered in Delhi Building & Other Construction Workers under its COVID-19 relief aid on January 20, 2021.
There are 39,600 construction workers who are registered under Delhi Building & Other Construction Workers and 2000 of whom only joined in March 2020. The government revealed that all of its registered member will receive the aid in the coming few weeks.
Delhi is the first state/UT which has granted pandemic relief aid to its registered members and is also urging all construction workers to get them self’s registered so that everyone can avail the benefits.
