US Federal Judge blocks Biden’s deportation move after hearing plea from Trump’s close aid, Paxton

After swearing in as the new President of the United States, Joe Biden cancelled many of the Trump administration policies one of them was the construction of the most controversial Mexican Wall.

Biden has passed the order to put a 100-day pause on deportations of undocumented migrants who came to the US before November 1, 2020. But now a US Federal Judge Drew Tipton has blocked the implementation of 100 day pause and has granted only 14 day temporary restraining order till the case could be further examined.

This was done on the plea filed by Trump’s close aid Paxton stating this order will endanger  and undermine the federal law system. ACLU – a civil rights group has in turn filed a petition asking the court to deny the request.
