Cabinet approves MoU between India and Israel in field of health, medicine

The Union Cabinet has given its go-ahead to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between India and Israel for cooperation in the field of health and medicine. The memorandum covers areas of co-operation such as setting up of health care facilities, sharing expertise for vulnerability assessment for citizens’ health against climate risk, promoting mutual research in several relevant areas, assistance in human resource development, exchange and training of medical doctors, among others.
