Kathryn Hahn recently gave fans some intriguing insights about her role as Agatha Harkness from Agatha All Along. During an appearance on the Golden Globes red carpet, Hahn addressed the ongoing speculation about the future of the show, but unfortunately, she couldn’t confirm if there would be a new season. However, she made it clear that if it were up to her, she would absolutely return to play Agatha again.
The first season of Agatha All Along wrapped up in October on Disney+, but since then, there’s been no official word from either Marvel or the streaming platform about a potential renewal. When asked about the possibility of returning, Hahn expressed her enthusiasm, saying, “Am I personally done with playing this witch? No.” She emphasized that ultimately, the decision lies in the hands of the “powers that be.”
Hahn also hinted at some exciting possibilities for the future, revealing that, like the rest of the audience, she’s in the dark about what’s coming next. She speculated that Marvel might be working on a Vision show, and even suggested the idea of a trilogy that could include WandaVision and Agatha All Along. “There’s going to be a Vision show, so that could be part of a trilogy,” she said, though she added, “But who knows?”
In Agatha All Along, Hahn’s character, Agatha, made a major sacrifice to save Billy, one of the young characters, from death. Fans are clearly eager for more, but for now, we’ll just have to wait and see if the show gets renewed. The first season of Agatha All Along is available to stream on Disney+.
