Blake Lively has shown solidarity with those affected by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles. The actress took to her social media to share resources and offer support to people impacted by the disaster.
Lively posted two updates on her Instagram stories, one of which highlighted the vital work being done by the Mutual Aid L.A. Network, a volunteer group providing assistance during the crisis. She praised the team for their efforts in creating and constantly updating a document filled with essential resources, such as shelter options, animal boarding services, and other important information. The document is continuously updated to keep the community informed as the wildfires continue to ravage Los Angeles, as reported by People magazine.
In one of the posts, Lively wrote, “To everyone affected by the Los Angeles fires…”, and shared a glimpse of the Google document from Mutual Aid L.A., scrolling through it to show her followers.
These posts come shortly after Lively made headlines with a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, her director and co-star from It Ends With Us. The lawsuit has sparked considerable discussion online.
The wildfires have affected many people, including several celebrities such as Anna Faris, Paris Hilton, Leighton Meester and her husband Adam Brody, Ricki Lake, Cameron Mathison, Spencer Pratt, and Heidi Montag Pratt, among others. In addition to Lively, many other Hollywood stars have used their platforms to raise awareness about the disaster and offer their support.
