The legal feud between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is intensifying, with Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, vowing to take aggressive legal action against Lively.
During a recent appearance on The Megyn Kelly Show, Freedman made it clear that Baldoni’s legal team is preparing a strong countersuit. “Wait until you see this lawsuit,” he warned, adding, “We’re going to put every single text message out there. We’re going to put every email out there.”
Freedman further claimed that the case would only get “worse and worse” for Lively as more people allegedly feel emboldened to speak out. He accused Lively of wrongfully branding Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath as “sexual predators and sexual harassers,” stating, “They have no choice but to go all the way.”
Lively first filed her complaint with the California Civil Rights Department on December 20, accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment. She alleged unwanted advances on set and claimed that Baldoni hired a crisis management team to orchestrate a smear campaign against her.
With Baldoni’s legal team now threatening an aggressive countersuit, the high-profile legal battle shows no signs of slowing down.
