Chhaava Day 7 worldwide box office collection: Vicky Kaushal’s film crosses ₹300 crore

In its first week, Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, and Akshaye Khanna, remains the top film at the worldwide box office. The film play, which is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the renowned Maratha monarch, has been attracting viewers to theatres all over the world.

Chhaava’s makers released the most recent box office data on Friday, stating that the movie has made over ₹300 crore globally. It is the first Hindi film to accomplish this so far in 2025. The box office update was posted by Vicky on his Instagram Stories. At the global box office, Chhaava has now made over ₹310.50 crore in its first week of release.

In India, Chhaava broke into the ₹200 crore club in the first week of its release, according to Sacnilk.com. After the first week, its total revenue was ₹225.28 crore. Pramod Sawant, the chief minister of Goa, said that the state would eliminate taxes on Chhaava. In Madhya Pradesh, the movie was also exempt from taxes. Both states made the announcement on the 395th anniversary of the birth of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the father of Chhatrapati Sambhaji and the founder of the Maratha kingdom.

The film, which is based on Shivaji Sawant’s Marathi novel Chhava, stars Ashutosh Rana as Hambirrao Mohite, Vineet Kumar Singh as Kavi Kalash, Diana Penty as Zinat-un-Nissa Begum, Divya Dutta as Soyarabai, Akshaye Khanna as Aurangzeb, and Rashmika Mandanna as Yesubai Bhonsale.
