Justin Baldoni amended his lawsuit against Blake Lively recently

Justin Baldoni has amended his lawsuit against Blake Lively, adding new details about a meeting with an intimacy coordinator during the production of It Ends With Us. According to Baldoni, Lively skipped the meeting, which led to an awkward situation where he had to relay the intimacy coordinator’s notes to her. These notes would later become the foundation of the sexual harassment lawsuit Lively filed against him.

In the amended suit, Baldoni claims that he visited Lively’s New York City penthouse, where she reportedly asked to meet in order to discuss the sex scenes in the film. The intimacy coordinator’s notes, dated April 2023, outlined a scene involving intimate acts between Baldoni’s and Lively’s characters. Baldoni’s complaint states that Lively expressed discomfort about portraying such a scene, mentioning that it didn’t feel appropriate for her age.

Baldoni, 41, claims he offered an alternative from the intimacy coordinator’s notes, but Lively rejected it and insisted on rewriting the scenes herself. The lawsuit alleges that these notes became the basis of Lively’s complaints, in which she accused Baldoni of discussing his own sex life with her and inserting unnecessary intimate scenes into her character’s storyline.

To further defend himself, Baldoni has launched a public website dedicated to countering the accusations made by Lively. The site includes correspondence between Baldoni, Lively, and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, aimed at disproving some of Lively’s claims.

Meanwhile, Blake Lively has reportedly been focusing on her family, particularly her four children, as she navigates the ongoing controversy, according to a source close to her.
