The Equalizer Season 5 Part 2 Slated to Hit Screens on THIS Date

The Equalizer is returning for the second half of its fifth season after part 1 concluded in December 2024. The new episodes will premiere on CBS, with the first episode of part 2 airing on February 16, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. ET. Each episode will have a 60-minute runtime and be released weekly on the network.

The show, a reboot of the original Equalizer series, was created by Andrew W. Marlowe and Terri Edda Miller, with the first season debuting in February 2021. Fans who are unable to watch on CBS can stream the episodes shortly after airing on CBS’s streaming platform, Paramount+, or opt for Hulu (with Disney+ and ESPN access), which offers both ad-supported and ad-free subscription options.

The upcoming episodes promise intense drama, as Robyn McCall continues her mission to find and rescue missing individuals, often putting herself in dangerous situations. A key subplot involves the return of Dante to the city, which complicates Robyn’s personal life, especially her love life with her ex-husband. Additionally, Mel faces emotional healing as she gets back to work after overcoming past trauma.

The first episode of part 2, airing on February 16, follows a young girl caught in a shootout, leading the team to investigate whether it’s connected to a gang war or a shipment of stolen guns that McCall is pursuing. Aunt Vi and Delilah’s romantic lives also play a part in the storyline. The second episode will air on February 23.
