‘Khakee: The Bengal Chapter’, a crime drama directed by Neeraj Pandey, has released its much-awaited trailer. It stars Jeet Madnani, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Saswata Chatterjee, and Parambrata Chatterjee. ‘Khakee: The Bengal Chapter’ is a gripping tale of crime, corruption, and law enforcement that takes place in Kolkata in the 2000s.
The show centres on a committed IPS officer who battles influential politicians and criminals to restore justice and peace. The trailer demonstrates how a courageous police officer fights against individuals in positions of authority to protect a shaky legal system. When politicians and gangsters held uncontested power in the early 2000s, IPS Arjun Maitra dared to question the system.
“Khakee: The Bengal Chapter” includes Prosenjit Chatterjee, Saswata Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee, and Jeet Madnani. Ritwik Bhowmik, Aadil Zafar Khan, Pooja Chopra, Chitrangada Singh, Aakanksha Singh, Mimoh Chakraborty, and Shraddha Das complete the ensemble. At a star-studded ceremony in Kolkata, the series’ teaser was released by the producers.
