The upcoming romance drama, which also stars Aneet Padda, star of Big Girls Don’t Cry, in the lead role, was inspired by a concept for Aashiqui 3. According to the songs and the movie teaser, Ahaan’s on-screen persona and acting abilities have so far impressed internet users.
Filmmaker Mohit Suri recently discussed how Ahaan Panday got his first movie, Saiyaara, on his podcast with Cyrus Broacha. “To tell the truth, I didn’t give his audition much thought today,” Mohit revealed.
“However, there was something intriguing about the man. Let’s go out for dinner, I simply said. He then takes me to a formal setting where he is acting and attempting to put on a show. After I give him a few drinks, he takes me to a location in South Bombay where there are these youngsters, and then I get to see the real Ahaan Panday. I think, Okay, this is the guy I want for my film,” when he eventually stands on the bar. He got the movie because of the audition.”
Therefore, it wasn’t Ahaan’s audition that got him his first movie, Saiyaara, but rather his genuine personality that emerged when the famous child let his hair down. It’s an entertaining tale.
Well, viewers are now excitedly anticipating to witness Ahaan on the silver screen as a devastated rockstar when Saiyaara debuts in theatres tomorrow, on July 18. The expectations of netizens are extremely high.
