Ibrahim Ali Khan marked Raksha Bandhan by sharing affectionate moments with his sister Sara Ali Khan on Instagram. Dressed in a blue kurta, he posed with Sara, who wore a bright yellow outfit, and posted a series of pictures showing their close bond. In one picture, Sara held him while their pets looked on, while another captured Ibrahim holding her close and kissing her forehead. He also posted a picture of the Rakhi Sara had tied for him.
Alongside the photos, Ibrahim wrote, “Dear sister @saraalikhan95, I promise in this lifetime to always take care of you, always stand by you, always support you. I promise to give you love, strength and everything I can, even if I can’t. Forever and ever your little bhai Jaan. Love you the most, happy Rakhi. #strongertogether.”
Sara later reshared the pictures on her Instagram stories, calling him “the best brother in the world” and adding, “You are my strength already in more ways than you know.”
Their half siblings Taimur and Jeh were not part of the celebrations this year as they are in London with their parents Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Kareena marked the occasion by posting a picture of two superhero-themed Rakhis on her Instagram stories, writing, “Happy Rakshabandhan from my two superheroes.”
