 
									Akshay Kumar, one of Bollywood’s most versatile and bankable stars, has always been admired not just for his films but also for his disciplined lifestyle. With a career spanning over three decades, the actor continues to perform his own stunts and inspire millions as a true fitness icon of India. In a recent interaction with the media, the superstar shared a health tip that he religiously follows, which he believes helps him stay fit and keeps diseases at bay.
The actor explained why he eats dinner every day at 6:30 pm sharp. “When we sleep at night, our eyes, legs, hands, and every part of the body rest. But if we eat late, our stomach doesn’t get to rest. By the time morning comes, it is already tired, and then we eat breakfast again. Most illnesses start from the stomach, so it is important to let it rest,” he said. Akshay added that an early dinner allows the food to digest before bedtime, giving the stomach the relaxation it needs.
Apart from this golden rule, Akshay also observes a weekly fast every Monday as part of his wellness routine. On the work front, the actor is gearing up for his much-awaited film Jolly LLB 3 alongside Arshad Warsi, promising fans another entertaining courtroom drama.
