Soha Ali Khan has spoken about her sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor and her widely acknowledged reputation in Bollywood as the “gossip queen”. During an interview, Soha said that Kareena is indeed a source of endless information, though she stressed that there is much more to her than just gossip.
“She is definitely, definitely, a source of wealth of information that she has, I don’t know how. If I want to know something, then even at 12 o’clock I will ask her but she’s also very good and protective of her sources and she will only tell what she is willing to share. But there’s so much more about her that is so wonderful about her, there is much more than gossip,” Soha said while describing Kareena’s reputation in the industry.
Soha also reflected on her first encounter with Kareena, who later went on to marry her brother Saif Ali Khan. She recalled being intimidated at first and said her only thought was that Kareena was “a very famous person.” Over the years, however, a few incidents brought them closer, strengthening their bond.
Kareena’s “gossip queen” tag has often been a subject of lighthearted chatter. Even Ananya Panday once named Kareena, Karan Johar, and Ranbir Kapoor as the ones who know everything happening in the industry.
