Sunita Ahuja clears the air on Ahaan Panday remark; says her words were misinterpreted

Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja has clarified that her earlier comment about Yashvardhan Ahuja debuting with a “better film” was not aimed at Ahaan Panday or his movie Saiyaara.

Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja, who recently grabbed headlines with her remarks about her son Yashvardhan Ahuja’s Bollywood debut, has now cleared the confusion surrounding her earlier statement.

Rumours spread after she reacted to a fan comment suggesting that Yashvardhan should have made his debut with Ahaan Panday’s film Saiyaara. Sunita had then said that Yash would be seen in a “better picture,” which quickly sparked speculation.

During the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, Sunita addressed the controversy and clarified that her words were never directed at Ahaan. She praised Chunky Panday’s nephew for his debut performance and stressed that she holds no negative opinion about him or his film. “I didn’t say anything about Ahaan Panday. I am very happy he has made a name for himself. I wish all the kids of the industry do well. Ahaan, I am a big fan of yours beta, I love you, and I love Yash Raj Films too,” she said.

She also mentioned that Yashvardhan had watched Saiyaara twice and enjoyed the film, wishing Ahaan and other young actors the very best for their future. Putting an end to the rumours, Sunita requested people not to twist her words or spread baseless claims, adding that her son too is preparing to enter films soon.
