Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is making headlines in Leh, not just for his film shoot but also for a warm courtesy call. On Saturday, the actor visited Ladakh’s Lieutenant Governor Kavinder Gupta at Raj Niwas, where the two were seen sharing smiles during their interaction.
Dressed casually in a blue shirt and denim jeans, Salman looked relaxed as he posed alongside the LG. As a gesture of goodwill, Gupta presented him with a traditional Thangka canvas painting that depicted scenes from the life of Buddha. The duo proudly displayed the artwork, capturing the spirit of the pleasant meeting.
The Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh also took to social media to share the update. Posting on X, they wrote, “Bollywood icon Salman Khan paid a courtesy visit to the Hon’ble Lt. Governor Shri @KavinderGupta at the Raj Niwas, #Leh.”
Salman’s visit came in the middle of his shooting schedule for the much-anticipated film Battle of Galwan. The patriotic drama has already generated buzz after the actor unveiled a look from the sets earlier this month. In the picture shared on Instagram, Salman was seen in a military uniform, sporting a rugged moustache and a determined gaze, embodying the fierce spirit of his character.
With the shoot underway and moments like this visit making headlines, Battle of Galwan has only added to the excitement surrounding Salman Khan’s upcoming projects.
