Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor to shift into their ₹250 crore Mumbai home this Diwali 2025

Power couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are reportedly planning to move into their opulent Pali Hill residence during Diwali season, according to sources on October 18. The six-story home has apparently been under development for many years and is valued at Rs 250 crore.

The bungalow was constructed by Raj Kapoor and his wife, Krishna Raj Kapoor, on the same property as Krishna Raj. It was later given to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. Aside from the couple and their child, Raha, it is set to be the residence of Ranbir’s mother, Neetu Kapoor.

The Times of India reports that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor jointly announced that the family will soon move into their house so they can all celebrate the festival of lights together. However, as requested by the couple, no media attention is anticipated.

This is what they said in their statement: “New beginnings and thankfulness are central to Diwali. We appreciate all of your kindness and support as we settle into our new house, and we hope that you will continue to respect our privacy as well as that of our family, house, and amazing neighbors. This holiday season, you and your family have our undying affection. “Happy Diwali!”

To the delight of the paparazzi, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, who are usually joined by his mother Neetu, have been seen regularly examining the mansion’s progress since their April 2022 wedding. The couple’s strict no-media policy has contributed to the continued high level of public curiosity.

Since the birth of their daughter, their need for concealment has only become stronger, which has contributed to the continuous rumors surrounding the eagerly awaited move. Fans of the stars are quite excited about the opulent residence, which is said to include cutting-edge interior design that has been developed over the years.
