Hospital worker arrested for leaking Dharmendra’s ICU video; actor now resting at home

A hospital employee has been arrested for
secretly recording a video of Dharmendra while he was in the ICU. The veteran actor, who was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital last week, is now back home and recovering with his family.

It has been a difficult week for Dharmendra and his family. The 89-year-old Bollywood legend was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai after his health suddenly worsened. Soon after, false rumours about his death began to spread on social media, worrying fans across the country. His wife Hema Malini and daughter Esha Deol later confirmed that he was recovering well and requested everyone not to believe such fake reports.

While the family was dealing with this emotional time, a video from inside the hospital’s ICU went viral. In the clip, Dharmendra was seen lying on the hospital bed while his sons Sunny and Bobby Deol stood beside him, visibly upset. His grandsons Karan and Rajveer Deol were also seen, along with his first wife Prakash Kaur, who was heard praying for his recovery.

The video’s circulation led to outrage online, and the person behind it has now been caught. Reports say that a hospital employee recorded the video and shared it online without permission. The staff member has been arrested, and further action is being taken.

Dharmendra was discharged from the hospital on November 12 morning and is now resting at home. The family has thanked fans for their love and prayers and requested privacy as the actor continues to recover.
