According to PTI, in January 2021, Ola Electric will be launching its first electric scooter simultaneously across India and several European market. In may, it announced the acquisition of Amsterdam based Etergo BV for an undisclosed amount but it initially manufactured at a facility in the Netherlands. Meanwhile, Uber also launched 500 e-rickshaws , the first three wheeler micro mobility product on its platform in Greater Kolkata.
