In the post-match interview, Rajasthan’s skipper Sanju Samson saliently appreciated Chetan Sakariya for his positive approach and immense effort in the field. He also stated how his positive attitude is a symbol of bliss for the team.
“Sakariya is a very different kind of person. Very happy going, very chilled out. The same person inside and outside the ground. It’s a very positive thing for Rajasthan Royals.” Samson said.
This 23-year-old left-arm made his IPL debut in the 2021 edition playing against Punjab Kings. He bowled above the expectations of the spectators and granted his captain three wickets. Sanju Samson has confirmed that the boy is ready and will play big matches ahead in the season.
“He (Sakariya) is ready to play this tournament and big matches. Hopefully, he will win more matches for us in the future.” Samson concluded.
