1. Anupam Kher Day
On September 10, 2015, Nevada Senator Ruben Kihuen presented the actor with a certification of excellence, and ever since then, the day has been known as ‘Anupam Kher Day’ in the United States’ most populated state.

In 2008, the actor founded the Anupam Kher Foundation, a public charity organization dedicated to providing quality education to children from underprivileged backgrounds.
3. Phase of struggle
Kher had to go through his own struggles as a novice in the industry before making it big. He had no choice but to sleep on the train station platform with just Rs 37 in his bag.
