He has been in exceptional form in recent time and was playing very well for Royal Challenger Bangalore in the IPL, he scored 207 runs in seven games with two half-centuries as well. The competition was called off after many players were inflected by COVID-19.
Mr 360 took retirement from international cricket in 2018 after a long service for his country. In the next year, 2019, Faf du Plessis led the team to a disappointing World Cup campaign.
Last month De Villiers made fans think that he would make a comeback when he said that he was asked about making a comeback by Boucher and he said “absolutely” but after this recent statement by CSA, all his fans would be a little disappointed. But all the memories that he has given are very special and his fans will always cherish them.
