The Belgian professional footballer, Lukaku, a big, muscular, and skilled attacker, has established himself as one of Europe’s most prolific and feared strikers. On May 13, 1993, the Belgian striker was born. Roger and Adolphine Lukaku are Romelu Lukaku’s parents. Jordan, his younger brother, is also a professional footballer.

1. He has featured in a documentary of his school
On a school trip to London in 2009, Lukaku was the focus of a television program that showed him inspecting Stamford Bridge. He stated his ambition to play for Chelsea at the time. He realized his dream but left after informing Mourinho of his desire to play regularly following his penalty shootout loss to Bayern Munich in the 2013 European Super Cup.
2. He comes from a family of footballers
Football is in Lukaku’s blood. Roger Lukaku, his father, was a professional footballer who represented Zaire at the international level. Jordan, his younger brother, also came through the ranks at Anderlecht and now plays for Lazio in Serie A and has five caps for Belgium’s national team.
3. He is The Highest Goalscorer At The Age Of 23
As evidence of his talent and promise, Romelu Lukaku leads the league in career goals scored till the age of 23, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic with 125. He is also only the seventh player in Premier League history to have scored more than 50 goals at the same age.
4. His idol is Didier Droga
Although Lukaku’s time at Stamford Bridge was unsatisfactory, the Belgian would have learned a lot by practicing alongside Didier Droga and, on rare occasions, playing on the pitch with him.
5. His mother used to take his birth certificate to youth games
Lukaku struggled with his stature and appearance between the ages of 12 and 14. It was revealed that those who were watching the Belgian did not believe he was of the correct age. According to rumors, Romelu’s mother may soon be able to present her son’s birth certificate to matches to establish he was of legal age.
He just won the Serie A with Inter and is rumored to move back to Chelsea in one of the craziest transfers. Inter Milan is struggling financially and selling Lukaku would help solve many of their issues.
