Chrissy Teigen quits Netflix’s show Never Have I Ever.

Chrissy Teigen has sincerely apologised for harassing a then-teenage Courtney Stodden online years ago. 

The wife of the superstar John Legend quits Netflix’s Never Have I Ever.

Chrissy, in a public apology she issued on Twitter, she called herself, “an insecure, attention seeking troll” when she urged the Courtney Stodden to end their life. Courtney identifies herself as non-binary and uses the pronoun “they.”

On May 12, Courtney Stodden revealed in a recent interview with Daily Beast that Chrissy harassed them online a decade ago. Soon after Courtney married actor Doug Hutchison when they were 16 and he was 60. On May 13, Chrissy Teigen issued a public apology.

She wrote in a three-part, lengthy twitter apology,“Not a lot of people are lucky enough to be held accountable for all their past bullshit in front of the entire world. I’m mortified and sad at who I used to be. I was an insecure, attention seeking troll. I am ashamed and completely embarrassed at my behavior but that is nothing compared to how I made Courtney feel. I have worked so hard to give you guys joy and be beloved and the feeling of letting you down is nearly unbearable, truly. These were not my only mistakes and surely won’t be my last as hard as I try but god I will try!! I have tried to connect with Courtney privately but since I publicly fueled all this, I want to also publicly apologize. I’m so sorry, Courtney. I hope you can heal now knowing how deeply sorry I am. And I am so sorry I let you guys down. I will forever work on being better than I was 10 years ago, 1 year ago, 6 months ago.” 

Chrissy Teigen is an American model and TV personality who existed as a guest voice role in the Netflix comedy Never Have I Ever. Chrissy has now decided to step away from the role. The role would have occurred in one episode, according to a spokesperson for the show, reported The Hollywood Reporter.

The voice narration of the previous season was done by tennis player John McEnroe for Maitreyi Ramakrishnan’s character Devi. A spokesman for the show said the role is expected to be recast.
