Yesterday, the newlywed bride, Yami Gautam posted a series of pictures from her pre-wedding ceremony. Several of her friends from the film fraternity wished her for her marriage along with her fans and followers. In one of her photos, the actress is seen wearing a red saree with kaleeres in her hands.
Actor Ayushmann Khurana humorously commented, “Poori Jai Mata Di waali feelings aa Rahi hai. Aap dono Jwala ji gaye thhe? šš” (Getting the feels of Jai Mata di. Did you visit Jwala Ji?). Whereas, actor Vikrant Massey, looking at her God-like getup, commented, “Pure & Pious like Radhe Maa! šš½”
On this, Kangana Ranaut harshly criticized him, calling him a ‘cockroach’. She replied to his comment on Instagram by saying, “kahan se nikla ye cockroach..lao meri chappal.” (Where did this cockroach come from… Someone get my slipper). Being from Himachal, Kangana further went on complimenting Yami, who is also from Himachal, and her beautiful look. She commented, “Himachali bride is the most gorgeous, looks divine like a Devi …”Ā
This led to a fight in the comment section among the people who are for and against her comment. She was criticized by several netizens on Instagram for her ruthless comment about Vikrant Massey. Whereas, Kangana’s fans and followers flooded hate comments for Vikrant Massey. Few weeks ago, Kangana’s Twitter handle was suspended for violating behavior policies of Twitter.
Yami Gautam got married to the writer-director of URI, Aditya Dhar on June 4. However, she hasn’t yet commented on this ongoing fight over the comment.
