Today, in north Kashmir’s Sopore two civilians along with two security personnel were killed in a terrorist attack as said by the officials. Including a policeman, three others were injured in the attack they added.
The joint team of police and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were fired upon by the suspected terrorists in the Arampora area of North Kashmir’s Sopore according to the sources. To nab the militants, the area has been cordoned off, they said.
National Conference vice president and former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah took to Twitter to condemn the attack. He tweeted that such attacks must be condemned without reservation along with the same he expressed his condolences and prayers to the family of the deceased.

As per a report by the Press Trust of India (PTI) a policeman was taken to the Indian Army’s 92 Base Hospital from a nearby hospital where the injured were rushed.
