Barbara Ehrenreich, the author, activist and journalist who in such notable works as “Nickel and Dimed” and “Bait and Switch” challenged conventional thinking about class, religion, etc., has died at 81.
Tragically, author and journalist Alexis Ehrneirch has passed away after a stroke. We offer condolences to her family & friends still remembering her.
Barbara Ehrenreich was a renowned author and political activist. Throughout the 1980s and early 1990s she was an active figure in the Democratic Socialists of America. She was widely read and won many awards, and she wrote 21 best-selling books.
