On Saturday, a 67-yr old was detained by Chennai Police for allegedly throwing a placard towards Home Minister Amit Shah when he was walking down the GST road, greeting his supporters. However, the placard which read ‘Go Back Amit Shah’ was thrown over the barricades without harming Amit Shah. The protestor identified as Durairaj is a resident of Nanganallur in Chennai.
