The video captures Aamir’s candid reaction as Sunil delivers a near-flawless impersonation of him, leaving the actor visibly impressed and thoroughly amused.
Shared by a member of Aamir Khan’s team, the BTS footage shows Sunil performing a scene alongside Vir Das while Aamir watches closely from behind the camera. At one point, the superstar is even seen guiding Sunil through a particular moment, before breaking into uncontrollable laughter as the comedian launches into a mock-crying act. Aamir is seen clapping, laughing, and joining the rest of the crew in appreciating the performance. The clip was captioned, “We were all in awe of the genius of Sunil Grover.”
The team member also posted a group photograph from the shoot, featuring Aamir and Sunil twinning in matching outfits along with the entire crew. The post described the experience as one filled with nonstop laughter, calling it a perk of working with an “absolute A-team.”

Reacting to the act, Aamir had earlier told Bollywood Hungama that the impersonation felt so authentic it was like watching himself on screen. He described the experience as priceless, adding that he laughed so hard he could barely breathe, and stressed that there was no malice in the performance.
