Aashram Season 3 Part 2 teaser is finally out! Here’s what Bobby Deol said about his character

On Wednesday, the teaser for Ek Badnaam Aashram Season 3 Part 2, starring Bobby Deol, was finally released. The teaser offers a glimpse of the following chapter, hinting at Baba Nirala’s return to power. While there is underlying friction within his inner circle, the clip also demonstrates the unshakeable commitment of his followers.

As per the teaser, the next installment focuses on laying the groundwork for an engrossing tale of duplicity, vengeance, and redemption. Pammi and Bhopa are at the centre of this suspenseful story, and their complicated and entwined fates will propel the tale in surprising directions. The song “Duniya Mein Logon Ko” obliquely suggests a convoluted web of treachery and surprising turns.

Aashram follows the adventures of Baba Nirala (Bobby Deol), a godman/con artist who has created a criminal and political empire under the pretence of a religious endeavour. The audience witnessed how Baba drastically changed the court case in the previous season by using his connections. Pammi is charged with the crime and imprisoned. Her mother, who had been admitted to the hospital, dies while Pammi is incarcerated.

Additionally, it depicts Pammi returning to the ashram with a resolute plan to exact retribution. In addition, Aaditi Pohankar, Rajeev Siddhartha, Esha Gupta, Tridha Choudhury, Darshan Kumaar, Vikram Kochhar, Anupriya Goenka, and Chandan Roy Sanyal are featured in the show.

When asked about his character Baba Nirala, Bobby said, “The amount of love this franchise has received over the years is simply overwhelming, and the journey of Baba Nirala has been incredible.”

“It’s a unique experience because of the character’s intensity, the fans’ devotion, and the story’s impact. As it delves farther into Baba Nirala’s universe, I am eager for fans to see the upcoming chapter. The drama is bolder, the secrets are deeper, and the stakes are bigger this time,” he adds.

Producer and director Prakash Jha also responded, he said, “By highlighting the sinister connections between exploitation, power, and faith, Ek Badnaam Aashram has effectively held up a mirror to society.”

“The response has been nothing short of extraordinary over the course of three seasons, demonstrating the widespread appeal of fiction with a real-world setting. With the upcoming season, we’re revealing even more facets, delving into the psychological hold of power and the insatiable need for dominance, where morality is frequently disregarded,” he concludes.
