Adani Logistics have went forward and sold their stake in the Snowman Logistics. They have almost sold 12.7 Million shares which were at an average price of Rs.59.21 per share. The transaction gave Adani a total of Rs. 75 crore. The company now has 40.7 million shares, which comprises to 18.38% stake in the Snowman Logistics. It is probable that they might sell more of their shares but it is not known for a fact since Adani refused to comment on this matter.
