Air India integrates cultural dining into service strategy amid transformation push

Air India on Thursday announced special festive menus across its inflight services and airport lounges to mark Eid-ul-Fitr, Navratri and Gudi Padwa.

The airline will serve traditional Eid dessert Sheer Khurma across all flights departing on 20 March 2026, covering all cabin classes and routes, including domestic and international sectors.

The initiative is being executed through multiple catering partners, including TajSATS and Oberoi Flight Services.

Air India lounges are also offering curated festive menus. The Maharaja Lounge in Delhi is serving a Navratri thali, while the Adani Lounge in Mumbai hosted Gudi Padwa specials and will offer an Eid menu on 21 March.
