Telecom giant Airtel acquired 5.2% stake worth Rs.4.55 crore in a solar power plant Avaada MHBuldhana Pvt Ltd on friday. Airtel said, the acquisition took place in an all cash deal which is to be completed by march. Avaada holds one of the largest renewable energy portfolios in India.
