Aishwarya Rai urges fans to find self-worth beyond social media in a new campaign video

Aishwarya Rai has delivered a powerful message on self-worth in a new campaign video for L’Oréal Paris, asking people to stop seeking validation through likes, comments, or social media buzz.

The video is part of the brand’s Lessons of Worth series, which builds on the iconic tagline, “Because you’re worth it.” In her message, Aishwarya reflects on the rising influence of social media on personal validation. She questions whether worth should really be decided by pictures posted, likes, or comments, pointing out that such dependence gives away the power to define one’s own value.

Expressing deep concern, Aishwarya said that as a woman and a mother, it troubles her to see the pressure social media creates on young minds as well as impressionable adults. Comparing social media to social pressure, she emphasized that it was time people made a conscious choice to break away from this cycle.

“Worth is innate,” she declared, urging viewers to look inward for validation instead of searching for approval online.
Her words strongly resonated with fans, who praised the message in the comments section of the video.

One wrote, “I wish half of the world understands what she is saying,” while another called it “perfect.” Admirers hailed her as a “queen” and complimented her timeless beauty.

On the work front, Aishwarya was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan I and II. While she has not yet announced her next project, she continues to remain in the spotlight.
