PNB Housing Finance Limited has announced that Mr. Ajai Kumar Shukla has been appointed as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer with effect from December 18, 2025.
With over three decades of experience in housing finance, Mr. Shukla is expected to lead the company’s growth strategy and reinforce its position in the housing finance sector. His appointment comes at a time when PNB Housing Finance is focused on innovation, inclusive growth and strengthening its nationwide franchise.
PNB Housing Finance, promoted by Punjab National Bank, has been operating since 1988 and provides a wide range of housing finance solutions, including home loans, loans against property and financing for commercial spaces.
