Bollywood superstar Alia Bhatt is set to dominate the big screen with an impressive lineup of films. Currently, she is busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. The actress has dedicated over 200 days to the project, which is expected to wrap up by October 2025.
Meanwhile, sources reveal that Alia is in advanced discussions with National Award-winning director Nag Ashwin for a new feature film. While the details remain undisclosed, the project is said to be close to the filmmaker’s heart. “Both Alia and Nag Ashwin are on the same page creatively. They are now finalizing logistics before making it official,” a source shared.
Nag Ashwin, who is also preparing for the next installment of Kalki 2898 AD, intends to start filming with Alia by November 2025. The timeline is being carefully planned, ensuring it does not clash with Love & War.
Additionally, Alia was previously in talks for a romantic drama, Housewife, with director Abhishek Pathak, but the project has been shelved. Now, her upcoming films include Alpha, Love & War, Nag Ashwin’s untitled film, and Maddock Films’ horror-comedy Chamunda.
