The Israeli military chief Haim Eshed, has mentioned that Aliens exist in a Galactic Federation and that humans are in contact with them. He believes that they are not coming out in the open since it will scare people away. We presume that they are waiting for us to develop enough where we can process and understand their existence. UFO’s have requested not to get published because humanity is not ready. He was then heard saying that Aliens are already present on Earth and have formed a galactic federation.
