Alpha, YRF’s first female-centric film, will only expand and improve the spying universe. The highly awaited film, which stars Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in prominent roles, has finally set a release date.
The producers revealed on Friday that Alpha will be released in theatres on December 25th, 2025. So get ready for an exciting Christmas in 2025, as Alia and Sharvari will light up the screen with action-packed scenes.
On Friday, YRF announced the release date of Alpha with a social media post. YRF captioned the post as “On Christmas 2025, #ALPHA will rise! Get ready for an action-packed holiday… 25th Dec, 2025.”
Aplha is directed by Shiv Rawail and produced by Aditya Chopra. It will mark Alia and Sharvari’s debut in YRF’s spy world, which will also includes Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Katrina Kaif. The plot of Alpha revolves around two female secret spy who are likely to embark on a national mission.
Alia will soon be seen in another action thriller, Jigra, where she plays a devoted sister to Vedang Raina, directed by Vasan Bala. The film is set for release in theatres on October 11th, 2024. Sharvari, on the other hand, has risen this year for her performance in Munjya and Maharaj. However, her latest film, Vedaa, failed to create an impression at the box office.
