Amazon launches online Pharmacy, challenges Walmart and others

Prescription based medicines are to be supplied after Amazon.com Inc launched its first online pharmacy in the US. This model lets customers compare drug prices with other websites and buy accordingly. Amazon has competitors like Walmart Inc , CVS, Health corp and Walgreens. Prime subscribers get upto 80% off on generic and upto 40% off on brand drugs. The pandemic has encouraged many seller’s move online , and this e-commerce pharmacy is a part of it.
