Anudip Foundation, partnering with DBS Bank India, has launched a DeepTech Training Centre in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, aimed at improving employment outcomes for youth from underserved communities.
The centre is part of a broader programme spanning Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune and Chennai, with a target of skilling 2,400 participants over three years. The initiative aims for a 70% placement rate, with monthly salaries projected between ₹22,000 and ₹25,000.
Training focuses on non-programming digital technologies and employability skills, delivered through a blended learning model incorporating AI tools and gamification. Independent assessments are conducted by Mettl.
Senior leadership from Anudip Foundation and DBS Bank India attended the inauguration, where students presented projects reflecting the programme’s early impact.
