A Reddit user has spotted the new update by Apple of new iOS 14.5 which could allow Apple users to set up Spotify or any third party app as their default music player while using Siri.
As of now, when Siri is asked to play a song it automatically plays song from Apple Music or from a native music app but after beta iOS 14.5 update installation, it will let iPhone users to select default music player of their own choice.
According to the users who have used the beta update said that the update works but with specific phrases at the moment and sometimes revert back to Apple Music but Apple is working consistently to improve the update and release it to it’s mass user-base.
